The service here is impeccable! Clive and the team really do look after you regardless of whether you are a regular client or a new client. Everything is transparent. There is no guessing game here. They also specialize in servicing Chevrolet's and other LH drives. You get real Quality work here. I absolutely appreciate how you looked after my SangYong today and at such short notice. I felt so much safer driving away with both headlights working and understsnding the symbol below means airbag light. Compared to the $290 that Andrew Simms Service centre Botany and $149 SangYong Papakura service centre had quoted me for a diagnosis, I paid less then $50 today with Prem Automotive. This is so worth bragging about!!!

Highly recommend this place. Really impressed because they genuinely want to help people to sort out any issues with their car and they are completely transparent. With me struggling to get my range rover gear shifter problem fixed, the guy from workshop guided me to the right direction, provided me with loads of helpful information which otherwise lot of other mechanics won’t (of-course not blaming them, because the knowledge they hold is earned from their experience). If you think about it, its really great act, when he could have just booked me in and start with ripping off process like diagnostics and all just to build up big lengthy invoice. Thank you for your time, valuable information and right direction. 🙏

I had an ignition coil issue on a Friday afternoon which I thought would mean my car would be stuck over the weekend. I managed to get to this shop (close to my work) and they were able to sort it out within an hour, one of there guys was able to pick up the part for me instead of waiting for the delivery, which was fantastic. It didn't take too long and was a bit cheaper than the last place I had an ignition coil changed at so I am completely stoked with these guys. May have been lucky circumstances but they'll be my first choice for next time
